Mail service was interrupted at approximately 11:15 EST and was restored at approximately 14:30 EST. Web service was interrupted at approximately 12:15 EST and was restored at approximately 14:00 EST.

Technicians in the data center were aware of a router configuration error prior to the interruptions and worked to restore service.

Email was delayed and web sites were not available during the interruptions.

Please note that the entire routing infrastructure in the data center is being upgraded. The work is expected to be completed by Tuesday, December 2nd, 2008.
